Your health, finally in one place.
Lab reports scattered across labs, WhatsApp and paper folders? Upload once — we turn every PDF, photo or Excel sheet into trends, alerts and a record your doctor can actually read. No cloud copy, no monthly fee.
Pakistan has no central health record. Your folder does.
Every lab has its own format. Reports live in envelopes, phone galleries and forwarded PDFs. When you switch doctors, you start over. This portal is your personal registry — local-first, bilingual (English + Urdu/Arabic), and built to read the messy, real-world reports you actually get.
Friendly, private, and yours. We built this for patients first — because in Pakistan, you are the only place all your data meets. No hospital portal will do it for you, so this one will. Upload what you have, even if it’s a blurry photo. We’ll make sense of it.
Everything you need to track your health
Upload anything
PDFs, phone photos, Excel/CSV — even DICOM scans. SHA-256 dedup, 50 MB limit.
Open →OCR that reads real reports
Tesseract + regex + pluggable LLM (Groq/MiniMax). Populates your labs automatically.
Open →Trends that tell a story
Multi-axis charts, ref bands, events, projection, moving average, slope, Pearson correlation, percentiles, heatmap, PNG export.
Open →Flags & critical watch
Out-of-range and critical bands per test, with plain-language “what is this?” explainers.
Open →Meds that watch themselves
Schedule, dose log, refill estimate, class-based interaction alerts, education, adherence %.
Open →Your whole history
Visits, discharges, vaccinations + due dates, costs by category, body metrics with charts, symptom diary.
Open →AI that knows your chart
Rule-based insights + LLM chat over your records, panel summaries, “what to ask my doctor”, visit prep.
Open →Share with your doctor
One-time expiring invite links + QR, read-only portal, clinic kiosk big-display, viewer audit.
Open →Claims & exports
Insurance claim builder (imports your costs), one-page printable packet, JSON/CSV, annual review.
Open →Stay on track
Bell notifications (visits, refills, critical), pinned colored notes, daily insight refresh.
Open →Private by design
On your server, bcrypt + CSRF + audit trail, 2FA (TOTP), RTL Arabic, PWA offline shell.
Open →From lab envelope to trend line — in seconds
Drag a report onto the upload card. Worker extracts values in the background, shows them under the report, and your trend chart grows. Compare two tests, see your 12-month heatmap, export a PNG for your doctor.
See trends →Share without forwarding PDFs
Create an invite link for your doctor or family. They get a read-only portal — your labs, trends and meds — no edit rights. Scan a QR in the clinic, show the big-display kiosk. Every view is logged.
Sharing →AI that actually reads your file
Not a generic chatbot. Ask “why is my creatinine trending up?” — it answers from your labs, costs and visits. Generates questions for your next appointment and a one-page prep sheet.

Questions, answered
Do I need to pay or put my data in the cloud?
No. This runs on your own server. Data stays on this host — no cloud copy. The only external calls are LLM/STT, and only if you add a key in .env. Without a key, everything still works with built-in rules.
Pakistan labs use different formats — will it read mine?
Yes — that’s the point. OCR (pymupdf + Tesseract) reads photos and scanned PDFs, even blurry ones. A normalizer maps “HbA1c / HBA1C / Glycosylated Hb” to one canonical test, and plain-language explainers tell you what each test means.
Is it in Urdu?
Today the interface is English. Urdu (RTL) support — nav, buttons, insights — is planned next, with local lab name aliases added for Pakistan labs. Lab values themselves are universal.
Can I use it offline or on a hospital LAN?
Yes. It’s a PWA (installable, offline shell) and the server is on your LAN/VPS. Clinics use the “Clinic view” big-display kiosk over LAN with no internet needed (only LLM/STT need internet).
What about DICOM / imaging?
You can upload .dcm files directly — they’re stored as imaging records and downloadable. No OCR attempted; they’re listed alongside your lab reports.
How do I start?
1) Create an account (patient or doctor), 2) Upload a report, 3) check Trends and AI insights. The How-to guide walks through every screen in 2 minutes.
